How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Depending on your country of origin, Shipping will take 2-4 Days locally, and 5-14 Days internationally. For more about your order information click HERE

When I try to track my order there are no available details?
You will receive a tracking email as soon as we despatch your parcel. If you haven't received a tracking email, be sure to check your junk mailbox or email us HERE. Sometimes tracking information can be delayed by the shipping company, usually with in 2-12 hours the tracking status should become available depending on when you placed your order.

Is my package insured?
If your order is damaged or gets lost during transit, we are able to raise a claim for you against the courier. Each courier has a different process regarding these matters and this will be outlined on their respective website.

Can I have my order shipped to a P.O. Box?
No, a signature is required upon delivery. Please ensure you nominate a delivery address that you will be present at during the estimated time of arrival. P.O. Box addresses are not accepted. No responsibility is taken by Juledar for loss or damage once the package has been sent or delivered.

Australia Mail (Local Shipping)
Orders dispatched from our Australia base destined for Australia based delivery addresses are dispatched via Australia Post Mail (unless otherwise stated).

The orders are dispatched on a 24hour delivery service, however on occasion due to circumstances out of our control this can take longer. You are able to track your order once the tracking information has been activated by Australia Post, this information can be located in your shipment email.

Australia Post will require a signature for the receipt of your order, if you are unable to accept your delivery Australia Post will leave a calling card indicating that it has been taken back to the local depot to await collection.  

TNT and DHL (International Shipping)
Orders dispatched Worldwide are delivered via TNT or DHL (unless otherwise stated). Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipment email containing your tracking information for your order, once this has been activated you will be able to monitor the progress of your orders journey to you.

TNT and DHL will require a signature for the receipt of your order.

If you are not present at the delivery location when a successful delivery is attempted TNT or DHL will deliver your goods to your local TNT or DHL AccessPoint, this information will be noted on your tracking information.

Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?
Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect your delivery to another address. To avoid any delays receiving your order, we suggest that you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information to track your order.
